Our programs are open to International Medical Graduates (IMGs), international medical students in their final years, and domestic medical students looking for specific specialty exposure. Applicants must have passed USMLE Step 1 (preferred, but not mandatory for all programs) and possess a strong command of the English language.
Yes. Upon successful completion of a rotation, students who demonstrate strong clinical skills and professionalism will receive a merit-based Letter of Recommendation from the supervising U.S. attending physician. These LORs are uploaded directly to ERAS or provided on official hospital/clinic letterhead.
We provide comprehensive support for the B1/B2 (Visitor) visa. Once enrolled and the initial deposit is paid, we issue an official Letter of Acceptance and an Invitation Letter. We also guide you through filling out the DS-160 form and preparing for the consulate interview.
No, housing is not included in the baseline program tuition. However, our Housing Assistance team provides a vetted list of safe, affordable, and furnished accommodations near your specific clinical site. We assist you in securing a lease that aligns with your rotation dates.
A deposit is required to secure your placement. The remaining balance is typically due 30 days before the start of the rotation. In the event of a visa denial (with official documentation), we offer a partial refund of the deposit (minus an administrative fee). Cancellations for other reasons are handled according to our standard Terms of Service.
